Viv has extensive experience as a manager and consultant in systems change, stakeholder engagement, culture change and strategy and innovation. Building on expertise developed in major workplace reform projects for organisations such as Lend Lease, Carlton United Breweries, Department of Employment.
Laurel is an independent consultant focusing on the areas of narrative research, complex facilitation, cultural change, leadership development, coaching and mentoring, and training and development. She has worked on projects in Australia as well as Hong Kong, Singapore and across the Pacific.
Julie works closely with organisations to help lift performance through capability cultivation. She leads the application of a growing body of work assisting organisations to work with and understand complexity, develop curiosity, explore disruption and identify blindspots through a brain savvy lens. This is aligned with growing emphasis to drive innovation, think differently and build sustainable capability.
Sanura has been involved in insight-driven decision-support processes and international development. He has a background in using traditional research methodology for non-profit organisations, Monitoring and Evaluation in Cambodia and reporting healthcare outcomes nationally in Australia.
Marcia has over 25 years of experience in senior executive roles in the Government and Non Government sectors, across Australia and overseas. She is currently Director of Creativma and a member of Complexability- working as an independent innovation and change specialist with a focus on partnership and engagement.
Dr. Stephen Grey
Stephen has thirty years experience of risk management and modelling for projects and organisations. He combines strong analytical skills with an interest in complex adaptive systems and emergence incorporating Cognitive Edge methods. His experience to date includes defense, telecommunications.
Bob Dick is an independent scholar and an occasional academic, consultant, coach and facilitator. For more than four decades he has been using action research, action learning and story-based techniques to help people change their organisations and communities for the better. He has worked with a wide range of people in industry sectors including, heavy and light manufacturing and steel production, consulting, engineering, health care and education, community development and government. He has integrated the Cynefin framework and associated methods into his practice for the past 15 years.
Scott Arbuthnot is a senior Complexability consultant with 22 years professional experience in developing leaders in large, complex systems. Scott is known for using robust adult learning (andragogy) research in designing experiential learning that integrates complexity tools and methods for leaders influencing culture, collaboration and systems level performance. Scott’s previous experience included leadership roles for short term securities and money market teams for Australian merchant and trading banks
